Dear Ms. Anna,

Thank you for the invoice for Rice Husk Briquetting Machines. I have talked to our bank about it and they have pointed out some problems with the invoice.

Before we talk about the invoice for Rice Husk Briquetting Machines, I really want to know the frequency of the repair of propeller. How fast does the propeller wear out if the raw material is exclusively rice husk? And how many times can the propeller be repaired before it needs to be replaced?  Please send a quote for a spare propeller screw as soon as possible.

Regarding the invoice,

A. We need CIF prices. CIF Kathmandu, Nepal. However, I will talk to our clearing agent today about the port of clearance.
B. We cannot send you advance payment. We can only send you irrevocable letter of credit for the full amount (CIF amount) from here.  We will  bear all the expenses regarding the letter of credit additional to the invoiced amount.
C. Please specify the time required for delivery (including the transit  time) after you receive the letter of credit.
D. A complete list of the spare parts being delivered along with  specific cost and quantity is required. We cannot lumpsum all the spare parts  together as it will create problems with the customs.
E. Please inform of any other additional conditions for you to accept  the letter of credit.

Before you draw another invoice please send us the quote for the  propeller screw. So that we can add it to the purchase order if it is
necessary. In the mean time, we will finalize the port of entry with our  clearing agent.
