Thanks for your fast replay. I can not answer you before because I was in the winter holidays.

 

We are interested in a pressing unit with an aproximative capacity of 100 tons per day for sunflower, rapeseed, corn, extruded soybean with a residual oil content as lower as possible. We'd like to have a cold press unit, but as you told us, I suposed that these ones are too expensive. That's why we asked you for ZX130 Screw Press with electric heater for raw materials. Mainly, we'd like to know the electrical power consumption for heating raw materials, oil content in cake, raw materials temperature at the enter of the press, it can be press dehuilling sunflower seeds or just un-dehulling sunflower seeds.

 

Regarding your answer about the TFYK 5000 machine, please tell us which will be the shells content in the output product and which will be the quantity of shells eliminated in the process. As I asked you in the previous e-mail, some shells will be eliminated due the un-dehuilling process.
