We supply both big and small scale oil press,with capacity from 1T/D to 260T/D.They all mainly use the working principle of extrusion of the raw material with screw.And can process kinds of material,like peanut,soybean,sunflower seeds,coconut,jatropha seeds,grape seeds,and etc.
The main flowchart of the machine working:
When oil press is operating,prepared materials enter the extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screwed and is pressed.Under the high pressure condition in the chamber,friction between material and screw,it will be created,which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles.On the other hand,root diameter of the pressing screw varies large from one end to the other,hence,when rotating,it not only pushes particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating,causing every particle insides the chamber to possess different speed.Therefore,relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change properly,damage colloid,increase plasticity,decrease oil’s elasticity,resulting in high oil productivity.

For the small scale oil press,they are characterized by their simple design,easy to operate,wide suitability and continuous operation,they are suitable for small sized oil extruding workshops or professional farmers.Certainly they can be used for prepressing in submerging oil workshops,too.
For the big oil press,they are characterized with low pressing temperature,high oil output,low residuel,light color of the oil product,high quality and rich nutrition of the product,can meet the international standard.
