The 60 TPD wheat flour milling plant is steel constructed flour milling equipment of vertical structure. The sifters are situated at the top of the plant, permitting the stock to pass downward with the sifters by using gravity instead of solely by using a pneumatic device. This cuts down on energy consumption and simplifies operation of wheat milling process. To improve the capability for extraction, we have developed several bearing mills, patented aluminum sifter screens and steel supports.

Within the steel-constructed series of complete sets of wheat flour milling plant, the flour milling devices are assembled in vertical structure. The flour mill, flour receiver and bran receiver are situated around the first floor our prime-plane sifter and blower around the second floor and also the air seal and cyclone around the third floor.
