To make woodchips with our wood chippers, trunk or other raw materials are fed into and cut as an angle to the rotor between the knife and anvil. By feeding at an angle, the raw materials are being pulled in by the knives which enhance operation with a manual feeding hopper. Then the raw materials are cut and broken by a series of knives and strong air current. The small wood chips then move along with the high speed airflow, strike and break other woodchips, and finally are throw out of the wood chipper.
The length of woodchips made by our wood chipper differs in accordance with pre-determined requirements. The final small woodchips are of even length and uniform thickness. They are widely used in industry, especially in paper production.
